During the initial consultation, we will discuss your past and current health history, your dietary and lifestyle practices, or other factors related to your health issue.
We will go in-depth into your health history and discuss the goals you wish to achieve in terms of your health, and develop a plan on how to reach them. Recommendations provided will apply to your lifestyle, herbal, nutritional, or a combination of the three. We also provide patients with a customized herbal formula and/or nutritional supplements that are right for their situation.

All first-time clients will be required to complete a medical intake form. All clients will need to provide a 3-day food diary. Be sure to email it to us at least 24 hours before your appointment or have it with you for your if you are visiting our office.
