We pride ourselves on providing high quality services that can truly help people get results. We offer all of our clients the same individual attention during our online and in-person consultations. Due to the nature of the service, we will not issue a refund in any amount once services have been rendered.

If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment, you will receive a full refund. You will also receive credit to reschedule at a later time Credit must be used within 90 days. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund. We do not offer refunds for any transaction fees we incur. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please contact us as soon as possible. 

We understand that every client is unique with varying dietary and health needs. Each nutrition plan is prepared for your individual unique needs. Although the supplements and vitamins that we recommend are primarily food-based, it is your responsibility to source and purchase them. If you choose to withdraw from the nutrition plan early or fail to attend any scheduled follow up meetings, no refunds will be granted.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
